A fleet of foot runners raised more than £1,000 for charity.
Participants in the Brighton Phoenix 10K at Hove Lawns earlier this month raised the cash for The Clock Tower Sanctuary – the city’s only day centre exclusively for young people.
The race was won by Phoenix runner Ben Tickner in a record time of 30 minutes and five seconds – making the runner’s journey from Luxembourg worth his while.
