Care award for hip centre
A CENTRE which carries out hip and knee replacements has been recognised for its standards of care.
The Horder Centre in Crowborough has been awarded a kitemark of excellence by the enhancing quality and recovery (EQR) programme for the south east.
The programme is run by the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Academic Health Science Network.
Their aim is to improve patient safety and experience and clinical effectiveness.
