CELEBRITY mogul Simon Fuller has celebrated being honoured by a university.
The star received an honorary doctorate from the University of Brighton during its graduation ceremony.
He was made a Doctor of Letters in recognition of his contribution to business, entrepreneurship and philanthropy.
Mr Fuller, 54, born in Hastings, was also recognised for his association with charities such as Greenpeace, Amnesty International, Save The Children, The Prince’s Trust, The United Nations Foundation, UNICEF and Comic Relief.
Mr Fuller spent the last 20 years at the forefront of show business and built a £382 million fortune by steering celebs such as the Spice Girls and Madonna to superstardom.
Other stars he has managed include Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, Wimbledon champion Andy Murray, cycling star Sir Bradley Wiggins and David and Victoria Beckham.
The ceremony was at the Brighton Dome on Thursday.
