Cycling for all
SUPPORTERS of the Martlets Hospice in Hove are being urged to take part in the Sussex Highs and Lows Sportive Sunday.
The event is a sponsored cycling event starting and finishing at St Bede's School, Upper Dicker, near Eastbourne.
It is suitable for all ages, abilities and cycling levels, with people able to choose either a 20, 45, 56 or 68 mile route.
All those taking part for the hospice are asked to raise a minimum £100 in sponsorship. The ride takes place on August 31 from 9am.
