Car tyres slashed in spate of vandalism

Police are appealing for information after a number of vehicles were vandalised in High Street, Hastings, between 8pm Saturday (2 August) and 6.30am on Sunday (3 August).

PC Mark Charlton said "PSCO John Tucker and I have carried out house to house enquiries and spoken to victims after receiving reports that four cars had their tyres slashed. We believe more have been damaged in the area which hasn't been reported to us yet.

"We would like to speak to any other victims or anyone who saw anything suspicious."
