Barbecue sets fire to bushes
A barbecue got out of control when it ended with a bush fire.
Firefighters were called to the scene at Piltdown Rise in Uckfield to reports of fire in a garden started by a wayward barbecue on Saturday afternoon.
The bushes were ablaze - but fire crews managed to arrive and extinguish them quickly.
The crews arrived at 4.06pm and had extinguished the fire by 4.22pm.
