Donald Kirk, 43, of Jesmond Road, Hove, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £110, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.
Michael Andrew Gibson, 46, of Egmont Road, Hove, pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable doing his duty and sending a false message via a public communications network for the purpose of annoying another. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for six months. Ordered to pay £20 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge.
Jamie Tanner, 41, of Hova Villas, Hove, admitted failing to comply with a community order – by removing his ankle tag and failing to make himself available. Fined £160 plus £65 costs.
Jason Quittenden, 44, of Brunswick Place, Hove, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Fined £50, plus £20 victim surcharge and £250 costs. Also admitted committing a further offence while on a 22-month conditional discharge imposed for battery.
Joanna Laura Christine Heard, 37, of Seafield Road, Hove, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in South Road, Haywards Heath on June 23 and returning to an area despite being told not to by a constable. Fined £50 plus £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
