Abdullah Abid, 26, of Downland Drive, Southgate, Crawley, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and obstructing a constable doing his duty. Fined £75, plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Vaheed Iqbal, 24, of Lismore Crescent, Crawley, pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. Given a six-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £50 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Lester Deakin, 52, of Regents Close, Crawley, was found guilty of assaulting a constable doing his duty. Fined £110 plus £20 and £400 costs.

Stuart Waldron, 63, of Power Place, Langley Green, Crawley, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Fined £110 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Monique Delisa Moss, 37, of Ely Close, Crawley, pleaded guilty to dishonestly receiving stolen goods – nude ballet shoes, worth £26, belonging to Next, stealing four dresses worth £140 from Marks and Spencer in Horsham, stealing lamb joints and ten packs of steaks from Co-op in Crawley, stealing clothing worth £84.98 from DW Sports in The Martletts, Crawley and stealing food and drink worth £190.11 from the Co-op in Maindenblower Square, Crawley. Jailed for 12 weeks.

Marius Vasiliauskas, 26, of Lady Margaret’s Road, Ifield, Crawley, pleaded guilty to sexually touching woman aged 16 or over without consent on April 20 and failing to answer bail. Jailed for 12 weeks. Ordered to register with the police for five years from July 31.

Matthew Michael Fay, 20, of Leighlands, Crawley, was found guilty of stealing £500 in £1 coins from Worthing post office on August 13. Fined £215, plus £22 victim surcharge and £760 costs.

Danny Matthews, 18, of Juniper Road, Langley Green, Crawley, was found guilty of fraud, by falsely representing that he had furniture to sell, intending to make £150. Also admitted committing the offence while on a conditional discharge for theft. Fined £110 plus £150 compensation and £200 costs.

Jake Acock, 23, of The Foyer, Horsham Road, Crawley, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and travelling on a railway without having paid the £12.60 fare. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay compensation of £12.60, victim surcharge of £15 and £85 costs.

Leon Paul Peck, 23, of The Link, Crawley, was found guilty of assault by beating, failing to comply with a constable’s orders to leave a public place, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and assaulting a constable doing her duty. Jailed for 18 weeks.

Ryan David Bowler, 18, of Edrich Road, Broadfield, Crawley, pleaded guilty to six counts of entering garages with others with intent to steal, one count of failing to answer bail; assaulting a constable doing her duty, obstructing a constable doing his duty, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Sent to a young offenders’ institution for 18 weeks.

Louise Bolter, 27, of Caburn Court, Crawley, pleaded guilty to damaging a window. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Christopher Standing, 27, of Winter Garden, Southgate, Crawley, pleaded guilty to resisting a constable doing his duty. Fined £50 plus £100 compensation and £40 costs.

Byron Lee Daniels, 30, of Woodside Road, Northgate, pleaded guilty to stealing male grooming products, worth £35.96, from Co-op in Crawley and stealing meat from the Co-op on a different day. Given a six-month conditional discharge. Fined £100 plus £35.96 compensation and £85 costs.

Timothy Philip Leach, 32, of Callisto Close, Crawley, pleaded guilty to stealing foodstuffs and clothing from Asda. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
