Michael Daniel Beirne, 31, of Dean Gardens, Portslade, pleaded guilty to failing to give a specimen of blood when required, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance. Ordered to do 80 hours’ unpaid work, pay £60 victim surcharge and £200 costs. Banned from driving for 48 months.
