A TEENAGE motorcyclist has been injured in a crash.

The 17-year-old, from Cranleigh, was taken to hospital in Guildford with wrist and knee injuries following the crash on Saturday.

Police say his motorbike collided with a white Ford Galaxy taxi on the A281 in Guildford Road, Rudgwick, at 4.30pm.

The teenager's injuries are not deemed life-threatening.

Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact Sussex Police by emailing collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk or calling 101 quoting serial 1114 of 9/8.
