A 69-year-old Alzheimer's patient has gone missing just hours after talking about places she used to live.

Margaret Humphrey, of Victoria Place, Brighton, has not been seen since leaving her home around 4pm on Tuesday. 

She is described as 5' and small build with brown collar length brown hair.

PC Dave Walker said: "Margaret talked about places where she used to live in the hours before she left her home, including London and Steyning.

"We are concerned for her as she has dementia and has now been missing for almost 24 hours.

"We are appealing to anyone who might have seen her in the Brighton area or travelling on public transport to please get in touch.
