Player awaits appeal result
SOCCER star Luis Suarez is set to learn the result of his appeal against a four-month football ban at 2pm today.
Suarez, 27, was given the ban from all football activity for biting Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini during Uruguay’s 1-0 World Cup victory in June.
The 27 year-old striker, hugely popular in his home country, left Liverpool in a £75million deal with Barcelona this summer.
