A CITY centre “oasis” regeneration project starts on August 18.
Brighton and Hove City Council will start work on Providence Place Gardens off London Road.
The aim is to create an “oasis for people living, working and visiting the area”, a pedestrian route between Brighton Station and London Road.
Changes include opening up the area for people to sit and relax, a new street frontage on Providence Place and a ’pocket square’ at the bottom of Ann Street with seating.
