AN AWARD-winning photographer did a photo shoot this week for a long-term project about America in the 1960s and 1970s.
Matt Henry, of One Eyed Jacks Gallery in York Place, Brighton, is looking at the Vietnam War, drugs and psychedelia, feminism and the sexual revolution.
Mr Henry, who was prized in the International Photographer Awards 2013 and 2014, has finished sections on the draft and the Watergate scandal.
The photo shoot took place at a working commune in Sussex.
Models were photographed tending the garden, looking after chickens and horses and sawing wood.
Hair, make-up, clothing, food and drink as well as transport were provided for the models.
