The scheme, financed by the Big Lottery Fund, has taken place in more than 70 centres nationwide.
The Brighton residents learnt how to use dyes to customise clothing and took part in healthy cooking workshops and gym sessions.
The Foyer Federation is a not-for-profit group that helps young people who have faced barriers.
