Deborah Susan Angell, 39, of Partridge Green, Horsham, was convicted of driving a car without insurance. She was fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge. She was also given six penalty points on her driving licence.

Gary Steven Harvey, 58, of Ranfold Farm Nursery, Five Oaks, Horsham, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle at speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the A2037, contrary to sections 81 and 89 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984. He was fined £40, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20 and given three penalty points on his driving licence.
