Elaine Morley, 38, of Leeves Way, Heathfield, was convicted of stealing two bottles of wine to the value of £15.50 belonging to Esso. She also committed a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge, where she was previously found drunk and disorderly. She was ordered to pay £15.50 compensation.
Daryl James Tones, 22, of Camber Way, Pevensey Bay, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 30mph contrary to sections 81 and 89 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 on the A259 Barnhorn Road. He was fined £37, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and given three penalty points on his driving licence.
Toby Collins, 28, of Saxon Close, Hailsham, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without wearing a seatbelt. He was fined £133 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.
Nicola Donnelly, 53, of Coopers Green, Uckfield, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on a restricted road, namely the B2100 Crowborough Hill, at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour contrary to sections 81 and 89 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. She was fined £140, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and given three penalty points on her licence.
Charles Brazil, 62, of Brighton Road, Lewes, pleaded guilty drink driving, two charges of driving a motor vehicle while disqualified from driving and two charges of driving without insurance. He was sent to prison for five months and disqualified from driving for 46 months. A further six month suspended sentence also imposed.
