David Mark Ryan, 43, of Downview Road, Worthing, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour and failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court. He also pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of wine to the value of £7.99 from Waitrose. He was fined £50, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Kieron Paul Satterley, 34, of Westfield, Bognor Regis, pleaded guilty to being drunk on a highway contrary to section 12 of the Licensing Act 1872, guilty to stealing two DVDs to the value of £2 from Poundland, guilty to stealing a magazine to the value of £3.99 from WH Smith and guilty of failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates Court. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

Anne Kavaligros, 60, of Pier Road, Littlehampton, was convicted of driving a motor vehicle in excess of 60 mph on the A24 in Shipley. She was given three penalty points on her driving licence, fined £133 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Ami Victoria Saunders, 30, of Clay Lane, Warningcamp, Arundel, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle and going through a red light traffic signal. She was fined £100, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and given three penalty points on her driving licence.

Martyn Gareth Lewis, 35, of Mile Oak Road, Portslade, was convicted of driving a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile phone. He was fined £65, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also given three penalty points on his driving licence.
