THREE parliamentary hopefuls have had their campaigns boosted with the arrival of senior party colleagues.
The Labour party’s Seaside Express rolled into Brighton to show that candidates in the city were ready for the fight in the run-up to the next election.
Shadow ministers and election campaign deputies Jon Ashworth and Gloria De Piero, along with more than 100 Labour activists, travelled to Brighton on the first day of a national campaign which also took in Lowestoft, Morecambe and Blackpool.
Labour candidates for the three Brighton and Hove constituencies are Purna Sen, Nancy Platts and Peter Kyle.
