Tinkerbell, Peter Pan and Spiderman helped raise about £900 for cancer patients and their families.
More than 150 people attended Hangleton Manor’s Disney-themed fun day on Friday in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, including former stunt rider Eddie Kidd.
Live brass music from the Adur District Band and a fire engine display were just part of the entertainment at the pub-restaurant in Hangleton, Hove.
Organiser Traci Leach said: “It was great. We had face-painting, bouncy castles, children’s games and they all had a lot of fun with the fire engine.
“Macmillan is a very worthwhile cause.”
The pub’s owner, Hall and Woodhouse, chose Macmillan as its charity of the year for 2013 and 2014. The charity provides support to cancer sufferers and their families, funds nurses and builds cancer care centres.
