A workshop for people who want to lose weight and be healthy starts next month.
The free 12-week course will include nutritional advice and a gentle activity class designed to show people easy ways of getting their heart rate up, which can also be done at home.
It also offers advice on how to shop for healthier food on a budget and make sense of food labels.
The course is designed for people with a Body Mass Index between 25 and 29.
It takes place at Yapton village hall near Arundel every Monday from September 8 from 10am to midday.
