Ian Harvie Tyrell, 58, of Goldstone Villas, Hove, pleaded guilty to two counts of having an open can of alcohol in a public place, which he was banned from doing under an anti-social behaviour order, and committing an offence while on a suspended sentence. Given a three-month curfew, ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Suspended sentence varied to six weeks in prison suspended for 15 months and 12-month supervision period.
