Ordered to do 120 hours’ unpaid work, pay £60 victim surcharge and costs of £250. Banned from July 24 for two years from being a director, liquidator or administrator of a company; being a receiver or manager of a company’s property; taking part in promoting, forming or managing a company.

Freddie Daryl Howat, 28, of Royal Sussex Crescent, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to stealing lamb belonging to Sainsbury’s, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and failing to answer bail. Given an 18-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
