Ashley James Virgo, 32, of South View, Ditchling, East Sussex, pleaded guilty to one count of wilfully obstructing a constable doing her duty, two counts of assaulting a constable doing her duty and one count of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour of disorderly behaviour. Given an 18-month supervision order and ordered to take part in 21 ‘thinking skills’ sessions. Also ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
Adam Grant Hennessy, 28, of St Martin’s Crescent, Newhaven, pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without insurance. Fined £333, plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.
Timothy David Knowles Renshaw, 45, of Pump Lane, Framfield, Uckfield, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £270 plus £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks if an approved driving course is completed.
