Man acting strangely hit by Land Rover in Rye

A man seen acting strangely in the road was hit by a Land Rover.

The 24-year-old from Rye suffered a leg injury after the collision with the Freelander vehicle on the A268 Peasmarsh Road, Rye, at about 7.35pm on Tuesday.

He was taken to the Conquest Hospital to be treated.

Anyone who saw the man before the collision who has not yet spoken to police is asked to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting 1293 of 26/8.
