A woman’s reversing manoeuvre ended in assault when her boyfriend was attacked.
The 23-year-old man was attacked in the Ravenside Retail car park, De la Warr Road, Bexhill, last Saturday (August 23).
His girlfriend was reversing her car out of a parking space at 3.40pm when a silver Kia 4x4 sped past.
She beeped her horn to show her annoyance, which is when her boyfriend and the Kia driver got out of their cars.
The Kia driver grabbed the victim around the throat. When the victim pushed him off and turned away, he kicked his legs.
The victim suffered a small cut to his tongue.
The driver is described as an Asian man, 5ft 8in with short dark hair.
He was wearing a dark hooded top and dark shorts or jeans.
