A FORMER pub is set to be converted into flats and a detached house.
Plans have been submitted to Brighton and Hove City Council for the now closed Newmarket Arms in Bear Road.
Brighton-based Insite Planning want to turn the former boozer into three separate properties.
The proposal is for a one bedroom flat, a two bedroom maisonette and a three bedroom detached house.
The council’s planning committee is set to decide on the application on Tuesday October 21.
