A man has been fined for subjecting a bus driver to homophobic abuse.
David Matthews, of Windlesham Gardens, Brighton, has been ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and ordered to serve a 12 month conditional discharge after appearing at Brighton Magistrates’ Court last month.
The 68-year-old was arrested following a dispute on a Brighton and Hove bus at 10am on June 2 at Seven Dials in Brighton.
