Irish fitness craze lands in the UK

A FITNESS craze has landed in the UK with a first studio at Brighton Marina.

Irish fitness model sásta – meaning satisfied in Gaelic – guarantees a drop in clothes size in four weeks or your money back.

The popular model is at a new state of the art studio and is the seventh to open.

The weight loss concept involves a short 30 minute walk or run in the sásta pod to give the sensation of running in water and is very appealing to busy people. Fiona Egan, who is behind the programme, said: “The most important thing is that exercise needs to be safe, enjoyable and non-intimidating.

“We insist that our studios are staffed by a caring team members who are there to help, motivate and support customers.”

sásta also offers a tailored meal plan, with one-to-one coaching and weekly weigh-ins.
