GOLFING equipment worth more than £1,500 has been stolen from the garage of a house.

The haul, including a set of clubs and a trolley, was taken from Firle Grange in Seaford.

Burglars struck between 10.30pm on Friday, August 29, and 11am on Saturday, August 30.

Also stolen were a Stihl rechargeable garden blower, a Samsung flatscreen TV, a Wii console and accessories, a Humax Freeview box, batteries and a charger.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious is asked to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or phone 101, quoting serial 655 of 30/8.

Alternatively they can call the independent charity Crimestoppers free and anonymously on 0800 555 111.
