GRAFFITI artists got busy with their spray cans to add a bit of colour to a construction site.
Hoardings for Brighton’s i360 have sprung up around its building base and the painters moved in yesterday to make their mark.
They sprayed the name “Bristelmestune” on the hoardings, which is what Brighton was known as in 1086, as recorded in the Domesday Book.
The £36 million project is planned for completion in the third quarter of 2016.
Work is currently under way on its foundations.
