A sister has pleaded for her missing brother to come home in a new video appeal.

Marie Leveque has recorded a new appeal in the hope of being reunited with her brother Jean who was last seen almost four months ago.

The 42-year-old from Hawth Close in Crawley was last seen by a friend around May 8.

Sussex Police said they are very concerned about his disappearance because he had never been out of touch with his sister for this long since the pair were reunited in Crawley from their native Mauritius in 2008.

Before his disappearance, Marie said she spoke with Jean several times a week and he would visit her if several days had passed and he had not heard from her.

She says in a new YouTube police appeal: “Jean likes a drink and might be in a group of like-minded people somewhere.

“Jean, please, please get in touch, we love you and want you home again.”

Anyone with information should call 101 quoting serial 1251 of 22/5, email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
