THREE men are in custody after a pensioner was held at knife point in a robbery.
The 67-year-old man was sitting on a bench near public toilets in Falaise Road, Hastings when he was approached by three men. One held a knife to his throat and took his wallet containing cash.
Police immediately searched the area and the three arrests were made nearby shortly afterwards. A quantity of cash was recovered. The victim was unhurt.
A 32-year old, and an 18-year old, both from St Leonards, and a 25-year old from London, are currently in custody being interviewed by police following the incident yesterday at around 6.30pm.
