A former footballer will face a retrial next year over allegations of match fixing.
Moses Swaibu, who used to play for Whitehawk, will appear before Birmingham Crown Court in April 2015 after a jury failed to reach a verdict in June.
He is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit bribery.
The 25-year-old appeared at the same court on Friday for a short hearing.
Mr Swaibu, of Tooley Street, in Bermondsey, London, appeared alongside former Premiership footballer Delroy Facey, 34, who will attend court in October for a plea and case management hearing.
The charges relate to a continuing football match-fixing investigation by the NCA which secured the conviction in June of Chann Sankaran, Krishna Ganeshan and fellow former Whitehawk player Michael Boateng.
The 23-year-old of Davidson Road, Croydon, was jailed for 16 months.
The three were convicted of paying footballers to influence the outcome of matches, so others could profit through betting on the result.
Another former Whitehawk player, Hakeem Adelakun, 23, of Mayfield Crescent, Thornton Heath, was cleared of bribery by the same jury.
