A woman taken to hospital after a road crash has died from her injuries.
The 37-year-old Henfield woman, who was injured in a crash in Saddlescombe Road between Brighton and Poynings on Saturday October 4, died at St George's Hospital in London on Tuesday.
She was the driver of a red Toyota Yaris which was in collision with a green Jaguar XF at about 3.20pm. She has been named as Samantha Cove, of Brook House Flat, High Street, Henfield.
The Jaguar was driven by a 52-year-old man from Milton Keynes, who was accompanied by his wife, 50, and son, 24.
His wife suffered chest injuries and he and his son slight injuries. All were treated at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
The coroner has been informed.
