A MISSING man was found when emergency services were called to a broken down car.
Police and fire crews attended the report of smoke pouring out of a broken down on the A22 between Halland and East Hoathly at 10pm on Tuesday. 26/11 The black Saab convertible was as recognised as belonging to a 52-year-old man reported missing from Maresfield earlier that day.
A police spokesman said: βHe was found nearby and taken to Pembury Hospital, near Tunbridge Wells, for his own safety. No other vehicle was involved.β
