AN elderly man was left with serious injuries after a two-car crash.
Paramedics and fire crews were called to the accident near the junction of Ledsham Avenue and Sedlescombe Road North in Hastings.
Sussex Police was called at 2.40pm today after reports of someone trapped inside one of the vehicles.
The collision involving a Peugeot and a Vauxhall left Sedlescombe Road North blocked for two hours.
The elderly male was conscious and breathing when he was taken away.
He went to the Conquest Hospital for treatment.
