Seaford Town Council
A second Conservative politician on a town council has defected in a matter of days.
Councillor Sylvia Dunn is to leave the Conservatives to become an independent.
The Seaford South councillor’s defection comes a week after former party colleague Terry Goodman defected to Ukip.
