80 properties without power in central Brighton
A power cut in the heart of Brighton has left 80 properties the dark.
UK Power Networks are currently on the scene trying to resolve the problem with their "underground distribution network".
Witnesses reported the power cut is also effecting traffic signals.
The power went outst at 11.30am this morning.
A spokesman for the company said: "We appreciate how difficult it can be to lose power and would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this incident."
