A HISTORIC restaurant has been put on the market after closing its doors to the public earlier this year.
The Merrythought Restaurant in Bishopric, Horsham, has been entertaining diners for more than 80 years but closed last year after the proprietors retired.
The black timbered restaurant in the historic heart of the town is on the market for £500,000.
