A PRISON van carrying three prisoners caused rush hour delays this morning after it broke down.
At 8.10am the van broke down on Coldean Lane, Brighton, and police officers had to attend to transfer the prisoners to another custody van.
The van was travelling from Brighton Police Custody Centre to Brighton Magistrates Court.
The broken down van was then recovered.
