A teenager who hasn't been seen since Friday may have spent the weekend in Brighton with her new boyfriend.

Concerns have been raised about the safety of Lacey Easen, 16, from Worthing.

She was last seen she was wearing light blue jeans, a green Parka-style coat with a furry hood and trainers.

She was carrying a large black and cream handbag.

The teenager hasn't been seen since Friday.

She is described as white, 5' 4" and slim. She has a pale complexion, brown eyes, shoulder length straight dyed blonde hair and a tattoo on her left wrist that reads "Brooke".

Iain Exley, from the West Sussex missing persons team, said: "We've heard nothing to suggest that Lacey is in any danger but we need to find her to make sure she is ok.

"It has been suggested to us that Lacey may have gone to Brighton for the weekend with a new boyfriend, possibly a man from East London, and that they could have stayed there in a hotel.

"Lacey could be in West Sussex, in Brighton and Hove or even in London but we need to speak to anyone who may have seen her and could know where she is."
