The De La Warr Pavilion on the seafront at Bexhill is a masterpiece of modernist architecture and a truly inspiring setting for business events and corporate entertainment.

Designed by architects Erich Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff, the Pavilion was the UK's first public building built in this style and frequently features on film and television when an iconic Thirties building is called for.

A recent £8 million restoration and redevelopment programme has put the pavilion on the corporate hospitality map.

Following it reopening in 2005 the De La Warr Pavilion has:

Auditorium The auditorium has many original features, including an acoustic suspended ceiling, and is a fantastic venue for conferences, annual general meetings and a wide range of performances and events.

The space is flexible, with 600 seats which retract to create an open and versatile space and a further 400 seats in the balcony.

The auditorium foyer can either complement the auditorium, acting as a reception and refreshment area, or is available for separate hire for small meetings and presentations. It has a maximum capacity of 50.

A meeting room can accommodate up to 12 delegates boardroom style.

The restaurant, cafe/bar and sun parlour are ideal locations for receptions and meetings and are also available to hire for events and special occasions.

The roof terrace, with its panoramic views, is a perfect space for drinks receptions and has a capacity of 250 people.

The roof terrace foyer is also available for smaller receptions.

The galleries on the ground and first floors are available for private views.

The building has full disabled access and welcomes more than 500,000 visitors through its doors every year, making it one of the area's most popular attractions.
