A ttopping out ceremony has been held at a development for new and small businesses.
Construction work is progressing well on 33 new business starter units in Bridge Road, Haywards Heath.
With the roof now in place, the development is well on course to be open and completed by September.
Mid Sussex District Council leader Garry Wall met with representatives from West Sussex County Council and business development specialists Basepoint to mark the occasion.
The units will act as a stepping stone for developing businesses.
Councillor Wall said: “The tremendous progress we’ve made on the development of these new business starter units really is something to celebrate.
“It’s so important that we maintain a strong local economy and this new facility will support the growth and development of new local business, both now and for years to come.
“I can’t wait to see it completed.”
