The handgun was reportedly waved from a car at Gatwick Airport
A HANDGUN was reportedly waved at a car park attendant from the window of a car at Gatwick Airport.
Police have searched the area after the report this afternoon but have not found any weapon.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "At 3.45pm a report was received that what appeared to be a handgun had been waved towards a car park attendant from the window of a car entering car park three at Gatwick North terminal.
"The area has been searched but nothing has been found at this time."
