A HAPPY couple were joined for a cup of tea by this cheeky fox cub.
Hayley Keogh-Chainey and her fiancée Ian Green were in their garden in Mortimer Green Polegate on Monday evening, when they suddenly saw the little fox peering over the fence.
Hayley, 26, said: "We were just sat having a cup of tea with out cats. One of the cats noticed it and he was just at the fence looking at us.
"He was just a little baby fox.
"Then he carried on playing by himself quite happily.
"The house behind is empty and the garden quite overgrown.
"Where we live is next to ancient woodland so occasionally you see them in the road and the past few nights we've heard a noise which i now think might have been foxes.
"But we've never seen them in the garden before."
