A ZUMBATHON is being held to raise money for a mother battling cancer.
Louise Howes, from Brighton, has stage four breast cancer and is getting specialist cell therapy treatment in Germany.
The Cancer is Pants fundraising campaign was launched to raise the money to pay for the therapy.
Mrs Howes, 44, has just returned home after her first course of treatment but she will need to go back three more times.
Thousands of pounds has already been raised but more is still needed to cover the cost.
The zumbathon takes place at the BHASVIC sports hall in Dyke Road, Hove, on Saturday from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
Anyone wishing to take part can do so by paying a suggested donation of £20 on the door or in advance at www.cancerispants.co.uk.
There will also be prizes on offer for those who raise the most in sponsorship money.
People are welcome to come to any part of the event and in line with the theme of the campaign, participants are also encouraged to dance with pants on their heads.
