Forty cannabis plants with a street value of up to £15,000 have been seized in a raid.
Sussex Police executed a drugs warrant at a commercial property this morning and discovered the plants contained in two outbuildings on the site.
Officers found almost 40 cannabis plants in various stages of growth, with an estimated street value of between £5,000 and £15,000.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cannabis production and is currently helping with enquiries.
Sergeant Chris White, of Chichester police, said: "We welcome any information about illegal drugs and will always take positive action to disrupt criminality."
The cannabis is believed to have a street value of between £5,000 and £15,000.
The search took place at about 8.30am at the site in Middle Meadow, Durleighmarsh, Rogate, near Midhurst.
