A WOMAN fell down a grass bank and ended up trapped under a wire fence.
The slip happened in Beeching Road, Bexhill, at 2.30am today.
A fire crew from a station in the same road traveled the short distance to her aid.
An East Sussex Fire and Rescue spokesman said firefighters used small tools to release the "young female" from the fence.
An ambulance was also called after one of her friends reported the slip-up to police.
Half an hour later she was free and checked over by paramedics.
