One person had to be cut from their car by firefighters after a crash on a main road.
The accident happened in Lewes Road, Brighton, at about 8pm yesterday, at the junction of Coldean Lane.
Two fire crews were sent from Preston Circus and spent nearly an hour at the scene using rescue gear to free the casualty.
Three vehicles that had been involved in the collision.
Ambulance paramedics were also called to assess those involved with Sussex Police cordoning the area.
